About TNC 2018

Tourism Naturally is a conference designed to address the myriad of issues that arise as tourism businesses, infrastructure, travelers, and hosts interact in overlapping economic, cultural, social, and environmental spheres. The plenary track theme 2018 is “Nature based Tourism, Health & Well-being” and the venue is one of Austria’s most modern spa resorts (TAUERN SPA Zell am See – Kaprun), situated in the heart of Salzburg’s famous ski areas. During the conference, experts will give insight into sustainable management, product development, and new trends in nature based tourism – but with a special focus on landscape, culture, and health issues.

Topics

Ecotourism, Sustainable tourism, Tourism studies, Culinary tourism, Heritage tourism, Wellness tourism, Health tourism, Tourism impacts, Mountain tourism, Winter tourism, Protected area tourism

Call for Papers

Each abstract should provide a clear statement of the problem or objectives, give brief methods and substantive results, and end with a clear conclusion (max. 2000 characters, including spaces). All submissions must be in English. Participants will not be allowed more than one oral presentation, but may be listed as a co-author of several abstracts.
