The objective of the meeting is to promote contacts between scientists working in the field of Relativity, Gravitation and Cosmology, Casimir effect and related fields. The main topics to be discussed are the following: Classical gravity; Observational and theoretical cosmology; Theoretical astrophysics; Quantum effects in curved space-time; Casimir effect in cosmology and at a laboratory table; Quantum gravity; Gravitational theory with extra dimensions; Geometrical aspects of gravitational theory.
The main topics to be discussed at the Tenth Friedmann Seminar and Fourth Casimir Symposium are the following: 1) Classical gravity 2) Observational and theoretical cosmology 3) Theoretical astrophysics 4) Quantum effects in curved space-time 5) Quantum gravity 6) Gravitational theory with extra dimensions 7) Geometrical aspects of gravitational theory 8) Casimir effect in cosmology and at a laboratory table (including materials properties, precise measurements, field- matter interaction, and applications to nanotechnology)
The Proceedings of the Tenth Friedmann Seminar and Fourth Casimir Symposium will be published as a special issue of the Journal indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. All details concerning the preparation and submission of manuscripts will be posted in due time at the website.
