• Name and email of at least 1 suggested reviewer (required). The suggested reviewer must not have a conflict of interest. • All papers should be sent via conference emails: contact@emf.euinstitute.net and emf.forum@yahoo.com • Please follow the forum`s template. • Recommended paper length: 5-15 pages (Microsoft Word, 12 Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing) • All articles must be in English. The language of the conference is English and all presentations will be made in English. • All accepted papers will be published after the conference as conference proceedings with an ISBN number. However, the author can decide to submit his/her paper for possible publication to one of the ESI journals. • Certificate of the presentation will be issued to participants presenting their research in sessions or as a poster. • Certificate of chairing a session will be issued to chairs acknowledging their role at the conference. • Best Paper Award will be conferred by the Program Committee to the author(s) of the best paper presented at the conference. Note: Please note that the same article cannot be published both in the conference proceedings and in a journal. Podium Presentation Presentations will be organized in academic sessions. Every presenter will have 10-15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. The presentation should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint within 10-15 slides in English or Spanish language. Poster Presentation Participants who will choose poster presentation as an option, should bring the printed version of their poster/slides and discuss them with the conference participants. Separate sessions for poster presentations will be organized.
