About ISHIMR 2018
ISHIMR 2018 will bring together a multidisciplinary audience of researchers in the general area of e-health, health information management and health informatics, people with clinical responsibilities, care organizations, and businesses that operate in this field. The symposium will provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of research and technological innovations. We therefore welcome the submission of full papers (for oral presentation) and research abstracts (for poster presentations). The meeting will also host a doctoral consortium and demo market.

Dear Colleague,
On behalf of the ISHIMR 2018 Committee, we invite you to participate in the 18th International Symposium for Health Information Management Research (ISHIMR), which will take place at the University of Twente on 27-29 June, 2018, in the highly innovative city of Enschede in the Netherlands.
The theme of this meeting will focus on "Maximising the Power of Health Information".
ISHIMR 2018 will bring together a multidisciplinary audience of researchers in the general area of e-health, health information management and health informatics, people with clinical responsibilities, care organizations, and businesses that operate in this field. PAPER SUBMISSION
You and your colleagues are invited to submit your research or demos. All contributions will be blind peer-reviewed by at least two members of the Programme Committee.
The deadline for submission of papers and poster abstracts is 15 January 2018. All papers presented and abstracts for posters, will be published in the 18th ISHIMR Conference Proceedings. As with previous ISHIMR conferences, the best papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Health Informatics Journal and in the International Journal of Health Information Management Research (IJHIMR).
