The Community College of Qatar from the perspective of its very nature as an off-shoot of the Qatar National Vision 2030 and its very mission in nurturing human capital in Qatar, has tasked itself with organizing this international forum to assess the Vision and its achievements in moving Qatar towards a competitive knowledge-based economy.
Conference Scope
(1) The conference invites submission of academic and professional research papers or structured summaries from all areas related to the knowledge-based economy. This includes all sub-fields and related topics in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Business Ethics. Research papers or structured summaries cutting across business and non-business disciplines (e.g., education, engineering, law, politics, psychology, sociology, etc.) are also welcome. (2) The conference encourages discussions on research-in-progress. Authors who do not have full papers may participate by presenting their latest research findings at the conference if their structured summaries are accepted. (3) Interested researchers, students, instructors and government bodies' representatives without papers/abstracts for presentation are also welcome to participate as attendees at the conference.
