The aim of the conference is to find out how the educational institutions are socially responsible to the environment and the society. This conference will focus on various initiatives and practices by educational institutions and the way it encourages social responsibility.

Call for Papers

Papers are invited for presentation in the following main/sub them. 1. Involving Education with Social Service Deeper perceptive of Arts, Culture, Language, Religion, Commerce, Governance and Society. Students and Teachers apply their insight and aptitudes to enhance the lives of individuals in the society. 2. Connecting Research with Society Knowledge ICT applications for Education, Research, Counselling and Commercial activities on Society development. Various faculties and programmes of educational institutions develop joint research projects in association with the society. 3. Libraries, Knowledge Sharing and Information Mobilisation Changes and evolution in Mass media, Digital media, Journalism and Entertainment on Society growth. Knowledge available with the students and teachers in various disciplines can be made available to the nearby community to understand its formative goals through library extension activities, library off-campus access, e-learning and institutional repository, social networking. 4. Devising New Curriculum and Courses Solutions for challenges in academics and practice, Research, and ideas for teaching, Education and learning problems on Social Advancement. Educational Institutions can develop new curricula in existing as well as new courses through discussion with the society, local students, local community-based organizations and local Government agencies. 5. Including Practitioners as Teachers and Social Innovations by Students A wide variety of issues-from agriculture and forestry to child-rearing, micro-planning, and project management can be addressed by seniors in the society, women leaders, tribal and civil society practitioners who have enormous practical knowledge. Student Projects having the significant social impact can be scrutinized and financially supported. 6. Social Responsibility for Rural Development and Health Care Services Ideas for cleaner, healthier and sustainable society. Living conditions in rural areas can be improved in terms of access and quality of healthcare services by preventive healthcare and availing latest technologies in healthcare. 7. Social Responsibility for Education and Skill Development Special Technical Education, Vocational and Employability Skills, Physical education, sports promotion and recreational activities can be inculcated among the youth. Studies on Languages and Literature, Research, and analysis on Judiciary and legal system, Constitution, and democracy, Solutions to social evils and problems caused by Media, Technology and Consumerism. 8. Social Responsibility for Livelihoods, Women Empowerment, and Specially-Abled Women and specially-abled (Specially Challenged) citizens can be empowered to participate in economic life by creating livelihood opportunities, sustainable livelihood, market-linkages for community products, agriculture value-chain, SHGs’ capacity building, etc. Work-life balance and addressing issues caused by changing lifestyles, Analysis of human rights issues, Gender studies, Rehabilitation and social development challenges, Studies on developmental economics and livelihood generation, Entrepreneurship and MSMEs. 9. Social Responsibility on Environment, Water, and Sanitation Social Responsibility of the Community on Renewable Energy, Environmental Sustainability, Ecological Balance, Sustainable Transport, Waste to Energy Recycling, Natural Resource Management, Conservation, Plantation, Hygiene and Swachh Bharat Mission can be promoted. 10. Other issues of interest related to Social Responsibility, Social Development, and Best Practices.
