While some countries in Europe represent the best practice of transitioning from one into another legal, political and economic reality, others are still struggling with their past and have not yet managed to accommodate to the new legal standards, economic system and political democracy. The language of the conference is English. The presentation will be organized in panels and the program of the conference will be published no later than 15.10.2019.
