About 20th EANN 2019
The first EANN conference was held in 1995 in Otaniemi Finland. Since then 24 years havepassed and the EANN is a mature event technically sponsored by the INNS with SPRINGER CCIS “Communications in Computer and Information Science” . More than 50 Artificial Intelligence topics will be covered by the conference. Special ISsue of the Springer Neural Computing and Applications Impact factor 4,2 Journal will be published with selected papers Special ISsue of the Springer Evolving Systems Journal will be published with selected papers Several tutorials and wks will be organized.

Submit up to 12 pages paper through the easyacademia.org system till the 9th of February 2019. Probably an extension will be provided for a week. However it will be anounced later.
Submitted papers will be refereed by at least three reviewers for quality, correctness, originality, and relevance. Notification and reviews will be communicated via email. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings, which will be published by SPRINGER CCIS “Communications in Computer and Information Science” and they will be available on site. It is important though to follow the instructions in this page to ensure that your paper will be included in the proceedings.
