ICSEF 2018 covers all aspects of energy demand reduction and minimisation of resource use, including water and waste as well as related environmental impact across all stages of food chains from primary production to processing, distribution, retail, consumption and waste management. The conference will also include an international workshop on Energy Recovery Conversion and Management 'ERCoM 2018'. The objective is to report on the latest thinking, new approaches, technology developments and practices for waste heat recovery, its efficient utilization and conversion to different forms such as electrical power.
