Call for Papers

The 3rd Senegal International Housing, Building & Construction Exhibition & Conference, SENHABITAT, will take place from 1-3 October 2019 in Dakar, Senegal.

This year’s event is organised in partnership with the Ministry of Urban Renewal, Housing and Living Environment, the SENHABITAT is the region’s most comprehensive tradeshow. The previous edition attracted over 2600 attendees, effectively making it one of the largest construction and real estate shows in the region.

Senegal’s construction industry continued its growth trend by an estimated 6% in 2018. The emerging Senegal plan has fulled infrastructure investment from the government, which in turn has created opportunities in the construction industry. 

This trend is likely to continue, as Foreign Direct Investment is expected to increase with prospects of Oil & Gas in the country.
