The 53rd Annual Advances and Controversies in Clinical Pediatrics will be held once again on May 28-30, 2020 at the Park Central San Francisco.
The program endeavors to provide research,
academic,and clinical information in a format that emphasizes
the practical application of current concepts relevant to office
practice and to professionals involved in the care of children.
Pediatric, Family Practice and Emergency Room Physicians,
as well as Physician Assistants, Nurses and Nurse Practitioners
report that they consistently benefit from their participation in
this program, where nationally recognized guest faculty present
a series of lectures that are complemented by UCSF faculty and
Bay Area experts speaking about a variety of other current or
controversial pediatric issues, which will ultimately result in
better care for children of all ages, infants through adolescents.
This year’s course focuses on emergency medicine, infectious
diseases, craniofacial, pulmonary, dermatology, and anxiety.
