We have 28 speakers who will be discussing topics which are relevant to most business women. Women have their own value in business, but too often they get caught up in following the way men manage and lead. We would like to add as much value as possible by encouraging women to be authentic and to use their strengths to add value in the work place. Many women are performing very well at very senior levels, but they are still dealing with the "glass ceiling" which is concerning, considering they are as educated and capable. If you have anything to add, it would be appreciated.
