• the international scientific committee will consider all abstracts received within the submission deadline;

• all full papers received by the submission deadline will be double-blind reviewed by members of the international scientific committee;
• an author can submit two papers at the most (maximum four authors/article);
• for authors whose language is not English we strongly recommend that you have your work proofread (preferably by an English native speaker or specialist).

Submission details:

• The title and abstract of the paper(s) will be submitted by the author(s) by completing a ###a href="Registration" class="redactor-linkify-object">http://www.codrm.eu/conference... form and emailed to: conference@crmra.ro
• The full paper(s) will be submitted as a DOC file(s) to: conference@crmra.ro
• Papers will be published in the Conference proceedings, in electronic form, with ISSN.

Registration fee

• 250 lei or 55 Euros/ article
• 400 lei or 87 Euros/2 articles

Registration Fee Includes

• a conference portfolio (including a book of abstracts, an electronic copy of the conference proceedings on a CD or USB Flash drive and the conference program);
• refreshments during coffee breaks;
• a place at the conference cocktail which will take place Thursday on the 8th of November 2018;

PAYMENT DETAILS:

The conference fee is payable in advance in the account number RO71INGB0000999903471942, swift code INGBROBU, opened to the ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam - Subsidiary Bucharest, in the name of the "Prietenii DRESMARA" Association.  Please specify CoDRM Conference fee in the bank form and make sure that some banks subtract bank commissions from the money sent. The tax conference of 250 lei or 55 Euros does not include the bank commissions, which are in charge of the sender.  The scanned receipt is to be sent as attachment to the confirmation template by 18th October 2018.

SECURITY CLEARANCE :

According to the military publishing houses publication regulations, the participants from Romanian Ministry of National Defence structures are required to sent a security clearance issued by your institution, certifying that the article is releasable to the public. As a result, participants are kindly asked to provide us the number of the security clearance, withouth which the publication of the paper can not be finalized.

PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION :

In order to establish the final agenda, please do not forget to confirm your presence, no later than the 18th October 2018. Please be aware that the certificate of attendance/presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented.

Visa Related 

        An official paper acceptance letter will be sent upon request for all the participants with visa-related requirements. This request should be sent only after all the conference related - scientific and administrative stages have been completed (full article sent and accepted).         The necessary documents for obtaining visa are each accepted author's obligation.         A list of countries whose nationals, holders of simple travel documents, must be in possession of a visa upon entry on the Romanian territory is available "http://www.mae.ro/sites/default/files/file/mae_old/pdf/formulare-consulare/Vize/2011.11.18_viza_anexa1_en.pdf">.         A list of countries whose nationals - owners of simple passports - are exempt from the requirement of a Romanian visa is available here.         A list of countries whose nationals - holders of diplomatic passports, service passports, official passports and seamen's books - are exempt from the requirement of a Romanian visa is available here.         For more information, click here.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

        Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. The papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee and the authors will be informed about the acceptance via e-mail conference@crmra.ro.

        All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Full papers have to follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.

        All accepted articles will be indexed by the major indexing media, therefore providing maximum exposure to the published articles.
