Devspace is a student organised, national level Developers Conference, providing a platform for organisations and industrial experts to interact with the students of VIT. It is our goal to amaze the attendees with cutting edge developments taking place in the industry, and to inspire them in pursuit of a technical career or project. Accordingly, Devspace is hosting talks and workshops, and invites developers, entrepreneurs, designers, educators and research scholars to share their stories and insights with the student community.

It is our goal to amaze the attendees with cutting edge developments taking place in the industry, and to inspire them in pursuit of a technical career or project.
Accordingly, Devspace is hosting talks and workshops, and invites developers, entrepreneurs, designers, educators and research scholars to share their stories and insights with the student community.
About Us:
CSI-VIT is a highly reputed student chapter in VIT,Vellore,affiliated with the CSI National body. With the motivation to push technology forward, our student chapter organizes several events, workshops and hackathons every year.
In 2017, CSI-VIT organised their flagship event ‘Codespace-2017’, in addition to which ‘Under The Hood’, ‘Send Codez’, ‘Yuvana’, ‘Riddler’, ‘Laser Tag’ and other specialized workshops attracted a total footfall of 16,000 people.
Format of the Event:
On the 16th and the 17th of March, an Expo, talks and workshops would be held simultaneously.
On the 18th, our flagship hackathon event, Codespace will be held. The tracks for the hackathon include, Augmented Reality/ Virtual Reality, Fin-Tech and Blockchain, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing.

- Students studying at VIT, Vellore and its various branches
- Members of VIT’s illustrious faculty
- Research Scholars conducting research in VIT
- Students attending from Colleges across India
- Teams from other CSI-India Student chapters
The Vision:
Devspace has been envisioned to be among the biggest technical conferences organised in VIT, Vellore and the biggest organized by a student chapter in India. With a massive student base of approximately 35,000 students, an equally enthusiastic faculty group assisting us and a comparatively affordable registration fee, this event is sure to generate a great audience.
The contribution made by the speakers and workshop organisers towards the student community will have a valuable impact on these minds, moulding an interest towards technical careers, creating the engineers of the future.
