AFA Educating America Tour, now in its third year, features free educational conferences that enable participants to learn about topics such as caregiving strategies and support, communication and safety tips and research and public policy. Free memory screenings will be provided at each conference, along with a display of AFA Quilt to Remember, which pays tribute to all those who have been affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
Alzheimer’s Foundation of America is hosting a multi-year national tour, AFA Educating America Tour, which features Concepts In Care, and Alzheimer’s educational conference, and also includes a display of the AFA Quilt To Remember and Health screenings for attendees.
