M&S Research Hub in collaboration with the Economics of the Middle East department (Philipps University-Marburg, Germany) invites abstract/paper submission to the upcoming Global Economics Conference (GEC) on 10-12 October 2019.
The Conference Theme: This year conference will discuss "the social repercussions and motives of forced and voluntary people displacement". Papers and abstracts covering the conference theme are particularly welcomed. Also, papers focus on all fields of economics and finance are also welcome at the conference. Post-Conference Ph.D. Workshop: Post the conference on the 13 of October a half-day workshop will be organized only for the Ph.D. students who have presented their work at the GEC conference.The workshop speaker will be the esteemed professor Oded Stark
"Distinguished Fellow at the Center for Development Research, University of Bonn, Distinguished Professor at the University of Warsaw, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Tuebingen and the former Director of the Migration and Development Program at Harvard University"
This workshop will discuss the dynamics and analytics of the policy design of international migration. The scheme of this workshop will be highly interactive and allows closer direct contact with Ph.D. scholars. For more information click here
