About ICMDG2018

The International Conference on Mediterranean Diet and Gastronomy: Linking Innovation, Sustainability and Health will be held at the University of Évora (Évora, Portugal), on the 15th and 16th of October, 2018. During the two days of the conference, we will receive renown national and international experts that will bring their knowledge and vision about what motivates food consumption and how science-based gastronomy can be a precious tool to promote traditional food products and the Mediterranean Diet.

Call for Papers

The International Conference on Mediterranean Diet and Gastronomy: Linking Innovation, Sustainability and Health will be held at the University of Évora (Évora, Portugal), on the 15th and 16th of October, 2018.

We are accepting submissions for oral communications and posters presentation by 15 July.
