The 2018 International Conference on Organizational Behavior, Performance, and Leadership (ICOBPL) maintains an inter-disciplinary focus and welcomes presenters and attendees with expertise in business, management, human resources, communication, ethics, law, humanities, and social sciences. Colleagues and graduate students seeking a stimulating opportunity to learn and share the latest research, best practices, theories, and insights in organizational behavior, performance, and leadership should attend. The conference will also provide a venue for giving and receiving constructive feedback on research in progress. Time for networking, peer-to-peer discussions, and exploring New Orleans will be planned as part of the conference.
Scholars, practitioners, and graduate students are invited to submit abstracts or full papers for peer review and, upon acceptance, for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. Each person attending the conference will receive one copy of the conference proceedings.
Abstracts are accepted for work in progress as well as completed research. Presenters' abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings along with presentation notes, PowerPoint slides, and annotated bibliography, if provided prior to the conference.
A finished paper is not required unless the presenter desires to have it published in the conference proceedings. Each person attending the conference will receive one copy of the conference proceedings.
Presenters may submit documents within 30 days after the conference. An amended version of the conference proceedings which includes post-conference addenda will be made available to all participants in electronic format (PDF) within 60 days after the conference.
