Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will host the International Metropolis Conference 2019 in Ottawa and Gatineau, Canada, from June 24 to 28, 2019. The International Metropolis Conference is the largest annual international gathering of experts from around the world representing academia, government and civil society in the fields of migration, integration and diversity. Internationally renowned speakers will participate in eight plenary sessions discussing contemporary migration and integration-related phenomena. Approximately 130 simultaneous workshops and a rich cultural program, including site visits, will be offered during the Conference.
