About CAS 2018
The International Semiconductor Conference CAS, an IEEE event since 1995, is targeting not only semiconductor electronics, but also micro-and nanotechnologies (including micro-nanosystems). The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be available on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The conference programme will include a large number of technical contributions presented in parallel sessions and posters sessions, as well as invited papers focusing on the latest developments in semiconductors related areas. The program will include a special session devoted to Student papers.

Authors are invited to submit original papers on the above mentioned topics.
The regular papers will be selected on the basis of an extended abstract according to the IEEE format (four A4 pages with two columns, including a 50 words summary). The papers submitted to CAS must be original and previously unpublished. The authors of accepted papers will be requested to sign and submit an IEEE Copyright Form stating the originality of the paper.
