Call for Papers

Dear participants, 

As the Symposium Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to the International Symposium  on Multidisciplinary Approach Towards The Disadvantaged Groups   that we will organize online between 22-24 October 2020. Disadvantaged groups consist of individuals who are often discriminated against and need special protection because of their economic status, gender, ethnic or linguistic origins, religion or political status compared to other people. These groups include women, children, the elderly, minorities, people with disabilities, addicts, immigrants, ex-convicts, seasonal agricultural workers, minorities, unemployed, poor, homeless, uneducated, socially insured, addicted, discriminated social groups and LGBT individuals. The main objective of this first symposium is to deal with the current problems that all the disadvantaged groups experience in Turkey and in the World, considering all dimensions of the issue and all stakeholders. In addition, our aim is to bring together all the disciplines working with disadvantaged groups, working with national and international dimensions, on a common platform, updating information, increasing sharing opportunities and developing cooperation among stakeholders. Within the scope of our online symposium where participation will be free, conferences, panels, oral/ poster presentations will be included and the scientific program will be announced later.
