The Linus Pauling Institute's 10th biennial conference (Botanicals, Bioactives, and Redox Mechanisms) is presented in conjunction with the SfRBM's 4th Regional Redox Symposium. Join us for this three-day event highlighting the emerging roles of botanicals and other bioactives, the role of redox signaling in disease processes, and how they come together for therapeutic benefit. Abstracts will be accepted for Contributed Talks or posters that focus on these featured topics: Botanical Dietary Supplements Dietary Supplements - Micronutrients / Phytochemicals Redox Signaling in Cancer, Neurodegeneration, and Aging Novel Tools, Analytical Approaches, and Regulatory Issues
The Redox Biology of Neurodegeneration
New Therapeutic Targets and Approaches in Neurological Diseases
Prevention of Neurological Diseases
Redox Mechanisms and Inflammation in Cancer
Dietary Supplements: Mechanisms of Action
Metabolic Syndrome and Dietary Supplements
Safety of Botanical Dietary Supplements
Regulatory Issues and Research Priorities for Botanical Dietary Supplements
However, all abstracts on the micronutrients, phytochemicals, redox biology, and health will considered for the conference.
Abstracts can be submitted for Contributed Talks during the conference sessions, or for presentation during the poster session. Graduate students and postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to apply for the Young Investigator Award.
