About Nonprofits LEAD
At Nonprofits LEAD our mission is to build a strong, sustainable nonprofit community in the Mid-Ohio Valley. It is our vision that every nonprofit have the tools, resources, knowledge, and support they need to meet the needs of their community. It is to that end that we hold this conference in the Mid-Ohio Valley each Spring. We invite all nonprofit Board Members, Executive Directors, Staff, Volunteers and other stakeholders and interested parties to participate in the conference. Presentations address nonprofit capacity building and the future of the nonprofit sector.

Collaboration, Nonprofit studies, Strategic planning, Work life balance, Social enterprises, Nonprofit sustainability, Social impact, Nonprofit lifecycles, Board development, Engaging young people, Volunteer recruitment, Volunteer management, StorytellingCall for Papers
Please submit conference workshop, panel and round table session proposals on topics that inform nonprofit capacity building in one or more of the following areas:
- Operations and Governance
- Programs and Planning
- Marketing and Outreach
- Networking, Collaboration and Advocacy
- Information Technology and Use of Data
- Funding and Fiscal Management
- Volunteers and Human Resources
We are looking for interactive sessions that give participants usable skills and action steps to move forward. Workshop sessions are one hour in length, although we will also accept proposals for multi-part workshops.
