Organized by the Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS) of UC Berkeley, this 3-day training will equip graduate students and researchers from across the social and health sciences with tools and best practices for transparent and reproducible research, as well as increased workflow efficiency. RT2 curricula is developed and delivered by academic leaders in the open science movement, including Edward Miguel (UC Berkeley), Dan Benjamin (USC), and Simine Vazire (UC Davis). The training features an overview of the credibility crisis and hands-on sessions on: pre-registration and pre-analysis plans, version control, dynamic documents, and data management and de-identification.
