What to expect from RFG2018? We aim to provide participants with a program that will explore six vital themes: the earth, education & youth, energy, minerals, resources, and water. Grounded in fundamental earth science, the conference will serve as a forum for participants to discuss their research initiatives and activities as well as the key issues and trends in these closely inter-related areas. These topics are central to the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Who will attend? This joint venture is estimated to attract 4,000 to 5,000 scientists, policy-makers, industry representatives and members of civil society.
