Industry 4.0 is no longer a future. We are facing this new, technological revolution at this very moment. The main issue Industry 4.0 brings is the way that data from the production process should be stored and analyzed for boosting the productiveness. This special session is dedicated to promoting the most ambitious and innovative approaches towards the automation of production processes in the scope of IT systems, control algorithms, and data analysis.

after the very successful 11th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems (ACIIDS 2019) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, the twelfth event of the conference ACIIDS 2020 will be held on 23-26 March 2020 at Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa in Phuket, Thailand (https://aciids.pwr.edu.pl/2020/).
The special session on Data Modelling and Processing for Industry 4.0 (DMPI-4.0) has joined the prestigious ACIIDS 2020. We strive to collect the latest ideas and solutions in the field of IT systems architecture, control and data analysis used in the area of Industry 4.0.
As the high quality of papers is one of our goals, we would like to cordially invite you to contribute to the Data Modelling and Processing for Industry 4.0 (DMPI-4.0) Special Session.
The thematic scope of the Special Session covers various areas in the field of Industry 4.0. For further reference please check the Call for Papers available on the conference website.
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in their most prestigious series LNCS/LNAI and will be indexed by ISI Web of Science, EI, Scopus, ACM, etc. The articles prepared in English should be no longer than 12 pages. All the papers will be subject to the blind review process as well as they will be automatically checked against plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
The deadline for the submission is October 1st, 2019.
The DMPI-4.0 Special Session will use the ACIIDS 2020 submission and reviewing process managed by EasyChair at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aciids2020.
