About TiiFH-2019

A three-day International Conference entitled “Technological Innovations for Integration of Food and Health (TiiFH 2019): A focus on North-Eastern India” is planned to be held between February 14 and 16, 2019 at the Tezpur University with the following objectives: • To discuss the possible improvements in the existing post-harvest management practices and process technologies • To identify advanced technologies that have the potential for application in the near future, and • To develop the innovative strategies and solutions for sustainable food processing and nutritional security.

Call for Papers

The International Conference will hold invited lectures by eminent persons, oral and poster presentations, special theme based oral presentations, group discussion and exhibition.

Sub themes of the conference:

  • Novel food processing technologies
  • Sensors and quality monitoring systems
  • Novel approaches in packaging
  • Modelling food systems and processes
  • Bio-resources and traditional foods
  • Foodomics and designer foods

The abstract should be of maximum 250 words and the last date for abstract submission is December 31, 2018. The last date of registration is January 15, 2019.
