About IC-PASHDA2018

Physical Activity, Sports and Health for Development in Africa (PASHDA) is an initiative spearhead by the African Physical Activity Network (AFPAN). The overarching goal of IC-PASHDA2018 is to promote physical activity, sports and health for growth and development in Africa through healthy active living. The conference will host professionals, scholars and practitioners in the broad fields of Exercise and Sports Science, Health, Physical Education, Urban Planning, Nutrition, Sports for Peace and Development, Leisure and Recreation Studies from across the globe to share knowledge, research findings, cutting-edge programs, initiatives and lessons through workshops, symposia and panel discussions.

Call for Papers

We are pleased to have the honor of announcing that the 3rd International Conference on Physical Activity and Sports for Health and Development in Africa (PASHDA) will be held at The University of Ghana, Legon, from 19###sup/sup### to 21st September 2018. We cordially invite you to participate in what promises to be another memorable conference.

The host University provides a highly conducive and ambient environment as well as magnificent facilities that befit such an event of international magnitude. We are therefore, extremely delighted to whole-heartedly welcome delegates from all corners of the World to this conference.
