Third Infinity is a biennial conference organized by the graduate students of the International Max Planck Research School -- Physics of Biological and Complex Systems and provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, both young and experienced across the globe to exchange and foster scientific research. The central topic of this year's conference is Physics Out-of-Equilibrium. This year’s keynote will be given by Professor Cristina Marchetti from the University of California, Santa Barbara. There will be sessions on different areas of out-of-equilibrium Physics and a discussion session on scientific publishing.
Third Infinity 2020 will take place from February 24. - 26. 2020. Registration and abstract submission are open from November 15 to December 15 this year.
The venue is the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen. Talks will be held in the Manfred Eigen Lecture Hall.
Third Infinity aims to provide an interdisciplinary platform for motivated researchers across the globe to exchange and foster scientific research concerning the Physics of Biological and Complex Systems.
