About SOIE 2019
The Symposium aims to bring together scholars in relevant fields around the globe for addressing prominent issues, exchanging research ideas, and exploring collaboration. It features keynotes delivered by renowned scholars to present the latest developments of open education, technology-enhanced learning and innovative ways to deliver education. Relevant researchers also share their research findings and innovative practices. Registration for participation is free and open to all, and registration will be on a first come first served basis subject to seat availability. Participants only pay for their own expenses (e.g. air-tickets and hotel accommodation) for attending the Symposium.

Your submission could be one of the following two types:
1. An abstract around 300 (guidelines)
2. Full paper (3–18 pages) (guidelines)
All submissions should be in English, and follow the guidelines. Presentations on all topics related to open or innovative education are welcome. Quality papers will be selected and recommended for publication in an international peer-reviewed academic journal.
All submissions will be reviewed within seven days. Each accepted submission will be allocated a timeslot for oral presentation if at least one of the authors completes the registration and attends the Symposium as scheduled.
