Call for Papers

Transcendence is an annual, international conference on organisation development (OD), change and leadership organised by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). 

The conference serves to exchange knowledge and create connections between industry leaders, practitioners and researchers. Our primary purpose is to promote and develop OD as a scientific discipline that makes a tangible difference to organisations and the world.

If your work involves strategy, change management, entrepreneurship, human resources, innovation, learning & leadership development — or any aspect of OD — then this conference would be valuable to you and your organisation.

The best papers from the conference will be published as a Volume in Springer’s prestigious series ‘Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics’. This is subject to a review and approval process involving the editorial advisory committee of the conference and Springer’s editorial team.
