Call for Papers

Welcome to the WBM, the Western Business & Management Association International Research Conference.  WBM is a premiere research conference series focusing on all of the major business management disciplines including Management, Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management Organization Theory, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Financial Management and I/O Psychology.  We have also had focused conferences on teaching and on business education.  We have also run numerous student-conferences in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada.  We will be combining our research and student conferences for many future events. We are based out of an AACSB accredited business school.  Most of our events are co-sponsored by STAN/SHRM, the largest university-based HR/MGT organization in the world.  Papers presented in the conference may be published in the Western Journal of Human Resource Management  or the  Journal of Business Management & Change, both Cabells listed journals as 'white' journals. Coming this Fall 2019 is a special themed conference focusing on Wine Business Research taking place in Dijon, France, in the heart of the Burgundy wine region.  There will be special editions of the WJHRM and JBMC journals focusing on the research presented at this conference.  The last themed conference we held was in Lyon France and focused on Business Teaching Research.  This year's conference promises to be educational and supportive, and will include several wine-themed activities for attendees.
