The WIN 2021 Symposium taking place on 21-22 March 2021 in Barcelona, Spain, will be dedicated to sharing the latest precision oncology developments and research from across the world.
WIN consortium, organiser of the WIN symposia series, is a network of 37 academic and industry members that have come together from all parts of the world to address the challenge of increasing the efficacy of cancer diagnostics and therapeutics by understanding the genetics and biology of each individual’s tumor and accounting for genetic differences across diverse populations.
After eleven years in Paris, we have decided that WIN Symposium will be moving to Spain. We are indeed delighted that WIN Consortium’s vice chairman, Dr Josep Tabernero, Head Medical Oncology Department, Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology, will be hosting the WIN Symposium 2021 in Barcelona, Spain from March 21-22, 2021.
The WIN 2021 Symposium will be dedicated to sharing the latest Precision Oncology developments and research from across the world. In particular, WIN 2021 will explore innovative ways to bolster Precision Oncology by integrating transcriptomics to the current armamentarium of genomics.
The following sessions will be developed:
+ Beyond DNA testing: place of transcriptomics in Precision Oncology
+ Novel algorithms and data visualization strategies to integrate genomics and transcriptomics
+ Disruptive concepts and methodological innovations in Precision Oncology
+ Predictive biomarkers to guide therapy selection
+ New concepts and therapeutic approaches in Precision Oncology across the globe: WIN members
