IC3S 2020 encourages original and unpublished work from authors addressing state-of-the-art research, describing originality, and research contribution in the form of results, tables, figures, and references. The timely submitted full papers will be evaluated by the committee for its originality, technical strength, scientific contribution and subject to the regular peer-review process. All submissions are handled through the Easychair.
