Situated in northeastern China near the borders of Russia and Mongolia, Hulunbuir features picturesque grassland and nomadic culture.

The theme of International Conference on Emerging Technologies of Information and Communications (ETIC) 2019 is "East -- West: Connected World". The conference will present two full days of original paper presentations, tutorials, special sessions, keynotes, demonstrations and social events planned to further career openings and the in-depth discussion and understanding of the latest communications advancements worldwide.
