ICCBI 2018 will provide an outstanding international forum for scientists from all over the world to share ideas and achievements in the theory and practice of all areas of computer networks, data engineering and communication technologies. Presentations should highlight networking methodologies as a concept that combines theoretical research and applications in communication system, big data, IoT, information and computing technologies. All aspects of computer networks and commuication systems are of interest: theory, algorithms, tools, applications, etc.

It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (final approval pending). CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
