The Aberystwyth University Early Modern Conference is a postgraduate led initiative run in conjunction with the Aberystwyth Medieval Conference to provide a friendly and supportive space for postgraduates and early career researchers. We aim to enable delegates and speakers the opportunity to network and gain valuable experience in giving papers.

In the early 20th century, fashion and photography were indelibly wedded through the efforts of a number of photographers, fashion designers, and magazine publishers. This inclusive interdisciplinary conference explores the interaction between the world of fashion and the form of photography. We are particularly seeking professional, activist, and artistic perspectives related to fashion and photography.
