Molecular dynamics

The focus of the ICCB 2019 conference will be to bring together the latest and most relevant topics in the field of Computational Bioengineering. It will include computational methods for cardiovascular disease prediction with emphasis on biomechanics, biomedical decision support system, data mining, personalized diagnostics, bio-signal processing, protein structure prediction, biomedical image processing, analysis and visualization, high performance computing and nanomedicine. Authors will present with advanced research support tools for disease characterization, and the discovery of new knowledge; associations among heterogeneous data, that can improve the predictive power of the patient-model.

The conference BIMac 2019: “Computational approach to polymers in biological and soft matter” is a follow-up of the longstanding series of Bratislava conferences organized by the Polymer Institute, Slovak Academy of Sciences dating back to 1968. The meeting will be focused on the computational modeling of biological and soft matter with large variety of applications to polymer physics, biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology and potentially to biotechnology, nanotechnology, or biomedicine.
