The 5th Int'l Conference on Semiconductor Physics and Devices (ICSPD 2020) will be held from December 5-7, Sanya, China. This Conference will cover issues on Compound Semiconductors, Emerging Semiconductor Technologies, Ferromagnetism / Magnetic Semiconductors, Organic Semiconductors, Photoelectric and Photovoltaic Devices, Physics of Semiconductors and other related topics.
