The International Gender and Sexuality Studies Conference is hosted by the Women’s Research Center and the BGLTQ+ Student Center at the University of Central Oklahoma. “The Center” promotes intellectual engagement with Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality issues.

We are pleased to invite all to the '2nd International Conference on Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies' which will take place during June 18-19, 2018 at Rome, Italy.

International Conference on Women Studies and Gender Studies – 2018 (ICWGS -2018) organizing committee warmly welcome professors, doctors, academicians, activists, individuals and supporters from global to attend the ICWGS -2018 will be held on 27th – 28th September 2018 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. International Conference on Women Studies and Gender Studies – 2018 will focus on the verity of advanced research topics including Women’s and men’s health, Gender and sexuality, Gender equality, Gender and Education, Women’s culture and gender identities and Women’s and men’s health.

THIS CONFERENCE OFFERS A PLATFORM FOR: >> Discussion relating to the current status of women, with a special focus on the following categories that constitute potential challenges to gender equality and women’s rights. >>International researchers and scientists from academia, industry and government to present their studies to a multi-disciplinary audience, exchange experiences, discuss proposals, and disseminate results on women’s and gender studies.

Exploring the relationship between sexuality and personhood, this project seeks to understand how sex and sexuality shape citizenship, belonging, identity, and expression. Embracing an ethos of cultural humility, we wish to explore how sexual citizenship manifests organically within and across communities and cultures.

After a successful first edition, Woman XXI becomes Woman XXI | International Conference on Woman and Gender Universes, a moment of sharing knowledge and experiences, not only about Women, but about the extensive, complex, and still unexplored, Universe of the Gender. An informal and multidisciplinary meeting about multiple areas of social life that, in one way or another, gravitate around (and are influenced by) gender issues.
