Academy of Business and Emerging Markets (ABEM), Canada and Universidad Estatal A Distancia (UNED), Costa Rica are pleased to invite papers, abstracts, case studies and proposals for special sessions and doctoral students in the areas of Business, Community and Government.

The Association of Fashion & Textile Courses (FTC) forthcoming conference Futurescan 4: Valuing Practice, provides an international forum for the dissemination of research, creative practice and pedagogy surrounding fashion and textiles. The conference will include keynote speaker presentations, full papers (20-minute presentations), short papers (10-minute presentations) and examples of practice-based work.

The theme of the symposium is community-centred research, demonstrating the key role that New Zealand’s institutes of technology and polytechnics (ITPs) play in ensuring that research has a tangible impact and benefits our communities. We will run a single-stream symposium with an associated exhibition, maximising opportunities for networking between researchers, industry and community stakeholders.
