Nowadays, people expect organizations to be accountable for the ethicality of their internal and external processes. The same is true of the environmental and social sustainability problems, which are increasingly important in public debate and in the concerns of individuals and communities. Aims at not only promoting discussions on theoretical models and research empirical results, but also debating policies, strategies, and practices. Issues such as the prevention of misconduct in organizations or the relationship between organizational ethics and the strategies for sustainability will be discussed at specific forums, involving scholars, practitioners and decision makers.
